Personal data we process
In connection with the newsletter subscription, we process: your name and email address. We collect this data directly from you through the form on this website.
Purpose and legal basis
We process the data for the purpose of sending an educational newsletter on personal finance, based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw your consent at any time by unsubscribing from the newsletter.
Retention period
We retain personal data for the duration of your consent, but no longer than 36 months from the last newsletter sent. After this period, the data is deleted.
Processors and transfers
For sending the newsletter, we may use processors established in the European Economic Area. We do not transfer data outside the EU/EEA without appropriate safeguards under Article 46 GDPR.
Your rights
You have the right of access to your personal data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, and objection. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Czech Data Protection Authority (www.uoou.cz).
